I've been standing at this question, which was kind of challenging for me: how can I answer such a question? Is it sufficient for me to say information about myself and / or others? Do I have to mention my past, my successes, and the obstacles I encountered?

In the coaching profession we often encounter something interesting, and we are curious. These questions are different; our mind sometimes responds to them in the same way. We sometimes find ourselves in front of a dilemma where we are unable to find a solution.  It is better to start by dividing these questions in our minds so that we can distinguish between them. Following you will find questions of the three types. Think about answering each question separately:

What questions:

What can I do?

What do I want to do?

What will I do?

What is my role?

What aspects of my life do I want to develop?

What is the impact of my actions?

What are my losses?

What are my wins?

What are my beliefs?

What are the things that attract me?

What do I want?

What are my projects?

How questions:

How am I?

How do I imagine you see me?

How do I feel?

How do I want to feel?

How do I behave?

How do I want to behave?

How will I behave?

How do I think?

How do I want to think?

How will I think?

Who questions?

Who am I?

Who am I separate from designations or titles?

Who am I from the rear?

Who am I from the side?

Who am I from the front?

Who am I when facing challenges?

Who am I away from frustrations?

Who am I when I am my best self?

These questions can help me organize my life, projects, and goals. When the questions become clear, the answers become my guide.
